Kate Walsh may have switched from bottled to tap water in order to save bucks, but trust me, the current financial disaster isn't affecting every celeb. At least not the super-rich ones, 'cause stock market or no stock market, everyone loves to see what baby steps Britney Spears is making this week.

So...what's an über-rich person whose current value is relatively unaffected to do nowadays? Shop, of course! It is a buyer's market for those who can hang, and Julia Roberts and Bruce Willis are not exactly having monetary woes—or so it seems...

Inside real-estate peeps are saying the superstar friends are looking to pack it up posh back East. Both big-smiley types have supposedly been looking to buy homes in the swanky hood of Duxbury, Massachusetts.

Can't say we're that surprised. It is a celeb-friendly area, in every fashion. Tax incentives are starting to lure more movie productions out that way, and off-camera there are no paps in sight to harass the likes of Jules & Co.

Particularly those naughty journos who are so hell-bent on saying this year is J.'s last with hubby Danny Moder. Hey, how long has that goodbye countdown been going on, anyway?

So are Bruce and J.R. gonna be nabes? Stay tuned for the multimillion-dollar update; it's sure to make all of us feel great about ourselves.
