Kim Zolciak-Biermann doesn't want to be done with dancing just yet!

Less than 24 hours after being forced to withdraw from this season of Dancing With the Stars, the Bravo star is asking viewers to sign a petition that could bring her and Tony Dovolani back to the reality show.

"I was cleared to dance on Friday when I was discharged from the hospital, so Saturday morning I was up rehearsing not even 12 hrs after," she wrote on Instagram Tuesday evening. "I had no restrictions BUT flying until today. Yes the timing sucked, but ultimately my health is first."

She added, "I wanted to dance here in ATL via satellite. Last night I could dance. I just couldn't fly."

For those who haven't been keeping up, the Tardy for the Party star was unable to make it to Los Angeles to perform on Monday's TV-themed show after being hospitalized following a mini-stroke.

Host Tom Bergeron later revealed that if a contestant is unable to dance due to health problems or injury, they must withdraw from the competition.

"I feel really great. I dont know if you know, but I rehearsed on Saturday," she explained on Monday's show via Skype. "I learned that whole dance…but then my doctor told me yesterday that it's too soon to fly."

As Kim continues her recovery, the reality star is hoping the petition will make a difference and give her a second chance. In just one day, more than 13,000 people have signed the form titled "Bring Back Kim & Tony."

If it doesn't work, you better believe Kim will be back on that ballroom before a winner is officially crowned.

"I'm forever grateful for my dance partner @tonydovolani who has always supported me and All Of you my amazing fans!!!!!!!!" she wrote on social media with a link to the petition that is not affiliated with ABC. "Regardless I'll be dancing my ass off at the finale."

Dancing With the Stars airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. on ABC.
