It's no secret that Sarah Jessica Parker is in phenomenal shape, but even the former Sex and the City has been scrutinized in Hollywood for her figure.
During an interview this morning on Sirius XM Radio Andy's "My Favorite Song w/ John Benjamin Hickey," the 50-year-old stunner was asked to share her favorite tune, and she picked C+C Music Factory's 1990 hit "Everybody Dance Now."
"Just picture me running with a Discman," the Failure to Launch star said to which Hickey replied, "You're in fantastic shape, is this the reason why?"
And turns out, Parker has a rather surprising tale about the '90s tune.
"No, but it was a very important time in my life," she said before revealing, "I was about do Honeymoon In Vegas and before that I was off to do another movie in Iowa and the producer of Honeymoon in Vegas was very concerned about me being fit for Honeymoon in Vegas. So, they sent a treadmill to Iowa."
"Are you kidding me?" Hickey asked.
"Dead serious," Parker, who was in her late 20s at the time, replied.
Clearly shocked, Hickey questioned if you could "sue somebody for that now" to which the actress, who chooses not to name anyone specific (according to IMDb, Honeymoon In Vegas was produced by Mike Lobell), replied, "No, I'm nothing if not amenable."
The mother of three, who famously rocked a tiny black bikini in the film, went on to reveal her intense workout regime, which she began months before filming the flick.
"But I would run to this the summer proceeding me leaving to go to Iowa and then ultimately go to Vegas and New York to shoot Honeymoon In Vegas," she shared, later adding, "I would very diligently go out every single day and run like a lunatic to this song. And then when I went to Iowa, on the treadmill, I would continue to run to the song. And then we went to Vegas and I had a treadmill also in my room and I would get up every morning and run."
