Salma Hayek's daughter Valentina Pinault is growing up to be just like her mom.

Literally.

The 7-year-old proved to be the 48-year-old Frida star's little look-alike on the red carpet last night at the premiere of Kahlil Gibran's The Prophet.

"That's my mini-me!" Salma told me, adding that Valentina is "smarter" than she is. "They come smarter now! They come with an extra chip or something."

Valentina, whose dad is luxury fashion house billionaire mogul François-Henri Pinault, 53, looked adorable in a black skirt and Michael Kors sandals (mom was also in a black skirt and black heels). The event, held at LACMA's Bing Theater, was also a three-generation event—Salma's mom Diana Jiménez Medina was also there!

The actress said Valentina is already raiding her closets.

"I've got small feet and she's got big feet," Salma said, "so we're crossing that bridge very soon."

And then there's her beauty products.

"The makeup!" Salma said. "She goes for the makeup!"

In The Prophet, an adaptation of Kahlil Gibran's book of the same name. Hayek voices the character of Kamila, a maid whose daughter Almitra (Quvenzhané Wallis) is a mischievous little girl who can't keep out of trouble. Liam Neeson provides the voice of an artist under house arrest who teaches the mother and daughter simple, but important life lessons through a series of vignettes (each directed by right different directors) that feature painting, poetry and music. John Krasinski and Alfred Molina also star.

The Prophet, which Hayek also produced, is in theaters in NYC and L.A. on Aug. 7 followed by a national release later in the month.

The premiere's guest list included Colin Farrell, Eva Longoria, America Ferrera, Dustin Hoffman, Briana Evigan of TV's From Dusk Till Dawn, Mia Maestro, Last Man on Earth's Cleopatra Coleman and director Jim Sheridan.
