The former Vampire Diaries actress, 26, and new beau and Whiplash actor Austin Stowell, 30, were photographed packing on the PDA while vacationing in St. Tropez, France on Friday. She wore a pink bikini top and white and yellow towel while Stowell sported Original Penguin swim trunks. The couple was later photographed together on a jet ski.
They were also seen kissing on the beach at the Club 55 restaurant, where Dobrev sported a cobalt blue and white patterned over-the-knee cut-out dress.
Dobrev and Stowell were also seen talking a romantic stroll on the beach, where Dobrev wore a royal blue, frilly romper.
The two had sparked romance rumors last month when they were spotted kissing during an event at The Improv comedy club in West Hollywood. Days later, they attended actress Jaime King's baby shower together.
Dobrev had previously dated her co-star, Ian Somerhalder, 36. They broke up in 2013 after a three-year relationship. Somerhalder married Twilight actress Nikki Reed, 27, in April after six months of dating.
Dobrev has been in St. Tropez for several days and has posted pics with girlfriends. On Thursday, she attended the Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation's second annual Saint-Tropez Gala, where she posed for a photo with the likes of Kate Hudson, 36, and Michelle Rodriquez, 37.
