The MTV Video Music Awards nominations announcement made the claws come out for a lot of celebs Tuesday afternoon, but the tension in the music world continued into very early Wednesday morning.

Meek Mill, AKA Nicki Minaj's other half, turned to Twitter to blast Drake for apparently using a ghostwriter on his songs. "Stop comparing drake to me too.... He don't write his own raps! That's why he ain't tweet my album because we found out!" he tweeted.

He continued to slam the Degrassi alum, claiming that most rappers are in on Drake's secret, but are too afraid to say anything. "The whole game know forreal they scared to tell the truth! I can't wait tok these guys and sit back and act like they don't know!" he wrote.

Ironically enough, Drake is featured in the 28-year-old Philadelphia rapper's song "R.I.C.O.," but Mill now says that the If You're Reading This It's Too Late performer didn't write his own verses.

"He ain't even write that verse on my album and if I woulda knew I woulda took it off my album..... I don't trick my fans! Lol," he added.

His Twitter tirade eventually caught the attention of rapper Rick Ross, who came to Drizzy's defense. He tweeted that Drake is greater than Mill, but the tweet has since been deleted. But Lil Edd caught it and posted a screengrab.

Whether Mill is calling out Drake or Minaj and Taylor Swift are going at it, the music world is definitely up in arms this week! Thankfully, it seems that T.Swift and Minaj's online feud was a result of a misunderstanding, with Swift believing that Minaj was personally criticizing her, but the women were able to hash it out.

"@NICKIMINAJ I've done nothing but love & support you," Swift wrote upon seeing Minaj's tweets about her "Anaconda" snub. "It's unlike you to pit women against each other. Maybe one of the men took your slot."

Minutes later, Minaj responded to try to clear the air. "Huh? U must not be reading my tweets," she wrote. "Didn't say a word about u. I love u just as much. But u should speak on this. @TaylorSwift13."

Girl power won! Now we just have to see if Drake and Mill can work out their issues. It must have been an emotional day in the Mill-Minaj household Tuesday.
