In the first trailer for American Ultra, we saw Mike's (Jesse Eisenberg) ganja love, but in this second one, get to see more of those stealth ninja powers—and how he got them.
Exhibit A: If two dudes were futzing with your car in the dark, most of our reactions would be to run away, but not secret sleeper agent Mike. He readily attacks with top ramen and a mighty spoon!
We also get to see more Kristen Stewart, who plays Mike's girlfriend Phoebe.
We find out that the government has been conducting top-secret mind-control programs, creating super soldiers. These sleeper agents live among us waiting to be activated. They could be your friend, your family. Or the person you least expect…
Such as Mike, a skinny anxiety-ridden stoner kid who would do anything for his girlfriend. And after watching this trailer we think he'll have to prove his love by killing some people.
American Ultra will be in theaters Aug. 21. Can't wait.
