Does Karina Smirnoff secretly dream of dancing backup for Beyoncé?
It sure looked that way when the former Dancing with the Stars pro took the stage to get down to "Crazy in Love" at Sushi Roxx in NYC this past weekend.
The new Japanese eatery at the The Tuscany Hotel in midtown NYC normally features a rocking dinner theater performance by the wait staff. But on Saturday evening, Smirnoff added some extra star power by shaking her thing in front of a delighted crowd. With just five minutes of rehearsal time, Smirnoff—along with the restaurant's choreographer (and former Pussycat Doll) Asia Nitollano and dancer Samantha Cinisomo—tantalized guests with their impromptu routine.
Glee star Max Adler was also in the crowd and got to enjoy the celebrity cameo.
Sushi Roxx officially opens to the public on July 22. While in NYC, Karina also stopped by the HSNi Christmas in July preview party on July 20. She's in town filming the new movie Tango Shalom.
