Breckin Meyer, Clueless

Paramount Pictures

This weekend marked a very monumental occasion in pop culture's history. It was none other than the 20th anniversary of renowned film Clueless. That's right, it was a whopping two decades ago that Cher Horowitz and her gang of Betties first captivated America with their sartorial prowess and complete inability to yield for stop signs. The anniversary was a special, special moment and deserved all the celebration in the world.

And celebrate we did.

For our part, we busted out our fanciest boa and tiniest backpack and spent the entire weekend blasting "Rollin' With the Homies" and saying things like "As if!" But it seems we weren't the only people who decided to mark the occasion in an awesome way. We give you none other than Breckin Meyer

That's right, we mean Breckin Meyer of TV's Franklin & Bash, or classic cinema's Road Trip. But once upon a time (20 years ago to be exact), he was also Clueless' Travis, the loveable (at least to Tai) oaf with a penchant for skateboarding and perhaps the worst student on the face of the earth. It would appear that Meyer still has a major soft spot for the cult classic flick and his character, because he posted this Instagram:

Hung out with an old friend today. #20years #Clueless

"Hung out with an old friend today #20years #Clueless," he captioned a snap of himself with his now-infamous skateboard. He even included an homage to Travis' sticker collection—that's right, it's Marvin the Martian, Tai's drawing specialty. Cue the fan bases!

The snap garnered several thousand likes as well as nostalgic comments like "Still one of my favorites! And you are so #adorable," and "To the king of tardies!" It's safe to say that Breckin's little throwback really hit the Instagram sweet spot. We're sure he'd like to thank his parents, the LA bus drivers and the wonderful crew at McDonalds.
