Lady Gaga's American Horror Story: Hotel promotion is on point. Just days after FX released the first teaser promoting the singer's starring role in the drama, Gaga took to Instagram to show off a very important asset…her script.

She captioned the shot above with, "Just doing a bit of monster homework. Horrible lipstick accident. #AHS." Good to know the first episode of the season is currently titled "Checking In." Also, who do you think she's on the phone with?

AHS: Hotel is far from Lady Gaga's first acting role. Prior to achieving musical stardom she appeared on The Sopranos. She's also lent her voice to The Simpsons and appeared in Sin City: A Dame to Kill For and Machete Kills on the big screen. In Hotel, Gaga will star opposite Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Sarah Pauslon, Evan Peters, Wes Bentley, Finn Wittrock, Denis O'Hare, Cheyenne Jackson, Matt Bomer and Chloë Sevigny.

Other than the name of the episode and the cast, little is known about American Horror Story: Hotel. At Comic-Con, several of the actors revealed their characters' names. Bomer's is Donovan, Paulson is Hypodermic Sally, Bates is Iris and Peters is Mr. March. As for Gaga's character, Ryan Murphy revealed she's involved with fashion is probably evil. When they discussed doing the show, Murphy said the singer expressed interest in playing an evil character.

When AHS: Hotel premieres this October expect some familiar faces. "Characters from previous seasons will come back and check into the hotel," Murphy teased. Last year Naomi Grossman played Pepper, a character she originated in American Horror Story: Asylum. Lily Rabe also reprised her Asylum role during Freak Show.
