Scott Disick has canceled his scheduled appearance in Las Vegas tomorrow at the Mirage's 1OAK nightclub. He had been promoting the gig as recently as yesterday, but it was unclear whether he had posted a flyer for the event, also featuring DJ Shift, or if a friend with access had done so.
The promotional pic was later deleted yesterday, replaced by a pic of a vintage car and then, later in the afternoon, Disick posted a tearjerker of a birthday message to daughter Penelope, writing, "1 of the only things I'm proud off [sic] about myself. Happybdayp."
1OAK confirmed Thursday that Disick decided to postpone his appearance, but the evening will resume as scheduled with DJ Shift.
Disick's decision comes, of course, just days after longtime girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian ended their relationship after a month-long partying bender on his end that culminated in him being photographed in Monte Carlo looking cozy with an ex-girlfriend.
E! News has since learned that Disick checked into a treatment facility upon his return to the States on Sunday, but left after just a few hours. Sources tell us that his friends are trying to get him to return to rehab to work on his issues.
Meanwhile, the rest of the family celebrated Penelope's third birthday at Disneyland yesterday, Kourtney and the little lady of the hour wearing matching Tinkerbell dresses. Big brother Mason was also there, along with Auntie Kim Kardashian, cousin North and grandma Kris Jenner with her bf, Corey Gamble.
