It's time to move, Dude.

Jeff Bridges is placing his 19.5-acre Montecito, Calif. estate on the market for a cool $29.5 million. Named Villa Santa Lucia, the expansive property spans the foothills of the Santa Ynez Mountains and includes breathtaking natural foliage as well as an impressive Tuscan-inspired mansion.

Award-winning Santa Barbara architect Barry Berkus designed the 9,535-square-foot home, which was completed in 1988. Since taking up residence in 1994, The Big Lebowski actor and his wife, Susan, have enjoyed the five-bedroom, five-bathroom house's meticulous details from the Murano glass chandeliers to the spacious library and gourmet kitchen.

That's not all though—the estate also boasts a 710-square-foot home theater and recording studio, a 770-square-foot attached guest cottage and a separate detached guest space with two bedrooms and 1,800 square feet of its own.

Moving outdoors, there's a gorgeous swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, a wisteria-covered trellis, aloe trees, fruit orchards, hiking trails, gorgeous spreads of flowers and a natural stream that fill out the property's stunning expanse.

The estate has a history of A-list owners as well, with Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Kenny Loggins once holding the deed to the impressive estate.

As the Bridges' three daughters are all adults now, it makes sense for the couple to downsize. Still, we're sure they'll miss the breathtaking place!
