Mariah Carey is really opening up!

E! News recently caught up with the 45-year-old singer to get the scoop on her upcoming "Mariah: #1 to Infinity" residency at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

"The rehearsals have been going really well," Carey told E! News exclusively. "It's been mainly for me about the music and about how to incorporate the songs. Just because they were all number one records doesn't mean they all make an easy set list...a lot of ballads and up tempos. So it's difficult to make it work seamlessly."

As for how she's getting into shape for her shows, Carey admitted she struggles with her figure just like all of us. "I've been trying to get there. I'm a regular person. It is what it is," she smiled.

Carey says her and Nick Cannon's twins Monroe and Moroccan will be spending lots of time in Vegas with her.

"They're always with me," she dished of Dem Babies. "They're with me or they're with their father. It is what it is and I would never just be like, 'I'm going, you're not going to be with me.' They wouldn't understand that. So they're the most important thing to me. Their family is going to be here. They're going to be great. They do their own thing."

So is Carey taking any time to look for love while in Sin City? "Darling, who knows if I already have or have not?" she teased. "Anything and everything is possible."
