This here is a rare case of always the bride and never the bridesmaid.

Liana Barrientos pleaded not guilty to two counts of fraud in a New York court this morning, after the Bronx District Attorney charged the 39-year-old woman with filing with a false instrument.

The DA claims that Barrientos was married 10 times since 1999 without filing for divorce from her previous husbands.

Barrientos, according to the DA, is currently married to four people and was allegedly married to eight men at one time.

CBS is reporting that prosecutors claim she was filing for marriage licenses and slightly altering the spelling of her last name in each.

Two marriage licenses were obtained in the Bronx, while the rest were signed in Westchester County, Long Island and New York.

The case of the mysterious multiple marriages began after Barrientos was arrested following an investigation of her most recent marriage in 2010.

Prosecutors add that while her first license was filed in 1999, the subsequent marriages were filed sometimes within the same month of each other.

They claim that she married Mohamed Gerbil in November 1999, Ahmed Allam and Habibur Rahman in November 2001, Davit Koridze in February 2002, Duran Goktepe and Aliaksandr Paharelau in March 2002, Vakhtang Dzneladze in May 2002, Rashid Rajput in July 2002, Kakhaber Khorbaladze in August 2002 and Salle Keita in March 2010.
