Azealia Banks Wants to Have Sex With Barack Obama? Rapper Clarifies Remarks About the President

Another day, another controversial remark from Azealia Banks...this time involving President Barack Obama.

The 23-year-old rapper, who made headlines over the past few months over a racially charged Twitter war with fellow rapper Iggy Azalea, a photo of herself in "whiteface" (for her new music video) and usage of an anti-gay slur, told Billboard magazine she has a crush on the U.S. leader. And what she has to say about him may not sit well with First Lady Michelle Obama...

"He's so fine," she was quoted as saying. "Those big-ass white teeth and ears hanging off his head? I'm like, 'Oh my god, I want to f--- the president.'"

She later took to Twitter to clarify her remarks after they were published on Billboard's website on Thursday.

"Omg I was totally just joking and being silly in billboard about the prez," she tweeted early on Friday. "I wasn't actually being forreal."

She said her comments about Obama were "not supposed to be in there," adding, "I really wish I could take it back omg I was only joking."

Banks has tweeted about Obama in the past, while discussing her political views.

Banks' comments were posted on the day of the release of her "Ice Princess" music video, which shows her wearing white makeup and channeling the snake-haired monster Medusa.

Banks revealed some details about her sex life in her interview with Billboard, saying that she's slept with both men and women—her female friends and bodyguards.

"I love security guards," she was quoted as saying. "They're these big meathead bald white guys with blue eyes."

"I want a really smart man, who has a lot of silly jokes and stuff," she added. "I have to tone it down if I want to get that."

In a recent interview with Playboy, which featured her on the cover, Banks revealed that she dated a 43-year-old man for four years, starting when she was 17. She added that he was abusive.

"I was stupid and young," she said.
