Sam Smith

Lookin' good!

Sam Smith showed off his recent weight loss during a few press stops in Europe yesterday, and many are pointing out that he's looking thinner than ever.

The "Stay With Me" singer stopped by the Vivement Dimanche television show in Paris, as well as the NRJ Music Tour in Lille, in an effort to promote his current world tour.

On both carpets, Smith flaunted his thin frame but remained covered up in coats to stay warm.

Just last month, the Brit Grammy winner revealed that he had lost a little over 14 pounds in two weeks with the help of nutritionist Amelia Freer, who is the author of the best-selling book Eat. Nourish. Glow.

"Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life. Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food. Everyone go check out her incredible book, and start to live healthy," he captioned the shot that shows him holding the book.

"It's not even about weight loss it's about feeling happy in yourself. Love you Amelia and thank you for making me feel so happy inside and out @ameliafreer #eatnourishglow."

The 22-year-old has also been consistently documenting his weight loss journey via Instagram, sharing photos and recipes of his nutritious meals and the details around his 12-day detox program.

Of course, what's a diet without a little fun every now and then, right?

Earlier today, Smith joked about being hungover while he was getting his hair and makeup done for an upcoming interview.

Shortly after the pic was shared, he posted a shot of a meal of avocado, chicken and some tea and wrote, "This helps."
