Lisa Marie Presley has doubled her pleasure.

The rock 'n' roll progeny and her hubby Michael Lockwood celebrated the arrival of twin girls on Tuesday, Oct. 7, E! News has confirmed.

Per Presley's publicist, Cindy Guagenti, the little bundles of joy were delivered via C-section at approximately 2:46 p.m. and weighed in at 5 pounds, 15 ounces and 5 pounds, 2 ounces respectively. Both mother and daughters are said to be "happy and healthy" and now resting at home.

The girls are the first children together for the 40-year-old Presley and 47-year-old Lockwood, her fourth husband, a guitarist and music producer whom she married in Japan in January, 2006.

Elvis' daughter has two children from her first marriage to musician Danny Keough, 19-year-old Danielle Riley, and 15-year-old Benjamin Storm.

No word yet on names for the newborns.

Presley confirmed the news of her pregnancy last March to Entertainment Tonight after Britain's Daily Mail newspaper published unflattering photos of the popster and a caption noting Presley may have inherited her father's famous appetite.

After the singer filed a libel suit, the tabloid subsequently issued an apology "for any distress caused."
