Cue the rabid screaming.

Teen-pop sensations the Jonas Brothers have announced an Aug. 12 release date for their third studio album A Little Bit Longer, the majority of which they recorded last year in a specially outfitted tour bus provided by Gibson Guitar.

The first single off of the follow-up to their platinum-selling eponymous 2006 effort will be "Burning Up," which the fraternal trio introduced during their recently wrapped When You Look Me in the Eyes tour and which also happens to be the name of their upcoming summer tour, which kicks off July 4 in Toronto.

Other new tracks previewed on tour include "Little Bit Longer" and the similarly emotive "Pushing Me Away."

But even though the new album is months away, this summer will not be without plenty of Joe, Nick and Kevin to go around.

The Disney Channel reality series Jonas Brothers: Living the Dream, which follows the backstage goings-on during their last tour, premiered May 16 and the TV movie Camp Rock premieres June 20, sure to be followed by endless repeats.
