Giuliana Rancic and Bill Rancic's son Baby Duke kept us entertained as he learned how to walk, celebrated his birthday bash on their show, and many other cute moments, while Kourtney Kardashian surprised the world by announcing that she and Scott Disick were expecting a third baby together!
