Efron sat down for an "interview" with James Franco in character as Dave Skylark, the talk show host who Franco plays in The Interview, his new comedy co-starring Seth Rogen. In theaters on Christmas Day, the film revolves around the CIA recruiting Dave Skylark and his producer (Rogen) to assassinate Kim Jong-un.
"Tonight, the topic is masturbation," Franco says at the start of the Skylark Tonight episode with Efron. "The guest is Zac Efron, who seems to be a bit of a master of masturbation."
The former High School Musical star goes on to say that he not only does you-know-what at least 17 times a day, but he also does it while behind the wheel of his car.
"I can drive with my hands and masturbate with my knees," he boasts.
And that's when he actually demonstrates his unique talent. "If you're just joining us, Zac Efron is masturbating with no hands and is about to climax," Franco says into the camera.
As the camera zooms out, we see Efron leaning back in his chair with his legs crossed and in the air. A few seconds later, he falls back into his seat and growls, "God damn—woohoo!"
Is it any surprise really that Mr. Efron signed on for Franco's faux interview?
In That Awkward Moment, Efron appeared completely naked while planking a toilet in order to pee while under the influence of Viagra. In Neighbors, he and Rogen fought each other using dildos.
In fact, Efron told me at the Neighbors premiere in April that going full frontal on the big screen could be in his future.
"Who knows?" he said. "I'm not going to say yes or no yet."
