Step aside Nicki Minaj and Jessie J! Ariana Grande has a few new singing partners for "Bang Bang."
The 2014 CMA Awards decided to switch up the county format Wednesday night when Little Big Town took to the stage with the young pop superstar.
After performing their hit single "Day Drinking," the band remained onstage where they welcomed the Top 40 darling to the party.
Wearing her signature ponytail, silver two-piece dress and matching heels, the 21-year-old burst onto the scene to perform "Bang Bang" with the country band.
BTW, does this outfit remind you of one of Katy Perry's signature costumes on her recent tour? We're just sayin'.
Although the group couldn't exactly match Minaj's rapping skills—heck, they didn't even try—they still proved pop and country can create some pretty amazing sounds.
The entire group also added a little extra sparkle and shine to their performance with their glowing outfits that changed colors throughout the performance.
"Yes! Day Drinking w/ Ariana Grande on the CMAs!" Little Big Town shared on Twitter before their performance. "Can't wait to kick off the Pain Killer Tour this weekend!"
Grande added, "Was an honor to perform on the #CMAs tn! thanks so much @littlebigtown for welcoming me on your stage. the sweetest. y'all sounded amazing!"
