Another week, another injury in the ballroom!

Before Monday night's show, one of Dancing With the Stars fan favorites Tommy Chong was performing with a calf injury he sustained during rehearsals earlier that day. SO what happened?

"It was me. I was dumb," Tommy told E! News after the show. "I didn't drink enough water, so I got cramps."

Fortunately, the 76-year-old was able to push through the pain for not one, but two dances, including an intense dance-off against NASCAR's Michael Waltrip, who was then eliminated from the ABC reality hit. "I had to do it," Tommy said. "I'm a dancer and being around all the dancers, they've got more injuries than you can count. They just wrap on tape, get out there and do it, and I had to do it."

But leave it to the good-natured Tommy to actually be excited about dealing with an injury this late in the competition. "I kind of felt like part of the gang, you know, now that I had an injury and did it," he told us. "I feel good!"

And he's not worried about his injury impacting the rehearsals for next week's episode either, saying, "It'll heal."

Aside from Tommy's injury, it was Janel Parrish and Valentin Chmerkovskiy's romantic contemporary routine, which landed them a perfect score, that had people talking...and  did nothing to stop the relationship rumors surrounding the couple. "I'm glad we have chemistry and I'm glad that people love to watch us dance," Janel coyly said after the show. "A lot of it has to do with our chemistry, so I'm glad that we have it!"

To hear more from Tommy and Janel, as well as Duck Dynasty's Sadie Robertson, watch our interviews from backstage at DTWS.
