It's almost wedding time for another Duggar!

On Friday, while millions of people in America were out trick-or-treating for Halloween, Jessa Duggar, one of the stars of the TLC reality show 19 Kids and Counting, and fiancé Ben Seewald had something else to celebrate: Their wedding rehearsal. The two, joined by their families and friends, prepared for their nuptials at the Fifth Baptist Church in Bentonville, Arkansas on Friday, a day before they tie the knot.

The Duggars took part in a wedding rehearsal and dined inside throughout the evening. All family members were present at the joyful, emotional event, which moved guests to tears, E! News has learned. TLC posted a video of Jessa, 21, and Seewald, 19, plus her parents, Jim Bob Duggar, 49, and Michelle Duggar, 48, speaking at the rehearsal in the church.

"We are really excited," Jessa says. "It looks like it's going to be a beautiful wedding."

According to People magazine, they toasted the couple with iced tea and ate pumpkin pies, apple caramel streusel and Frito pies. Video tributes from family and friends and Christian comedian Tim Hawkins were screened.

On Saturday, Jessa returned to the church to prepare for the wedding. Several police squad cars and even K9 units were stationed around the building hours before the ceremony, while music was heard coming from inside.

"In a few hours, she's not gonna be Duggar anymore," Jim Bob tells his wife in the video from the rehearsal dinner.

"She'll be Jessa Seewald," Michelle says. "And I think it really hit me, Daddy, was when I was at the house and she was packing all of her things up in the room and I'm like, 'Jessa! You're getting married! You're moving out of the girls' room.'"

"She'll be on her honeymoon, by tomorrow night," Jim Bob says.

Jessa and Ben got engaged in August after dating for about 11 months.

"Ben's a great guy," Jim Bob says in the video. "He's got a heart for the Lord, Jessa's got a heart for the Lord and it won't be too long, we'll have some more grandkids!"

In accordance with their devout Christian faith, the couple held off holding hands until their engagement. Also, Jessa is saving her first kiss until the wedding, just like her elder sister Jill Duggar, 23, who married Derick Dillard, 25, in June. The two are expecting their first child.

"I can't believe I've been married to my best friend @jillmdillard for 130 days already!" Dillard tweeted on Wednesday. "Time flies when you're with the one you love!"

Jessa is the third Duggar child out of the 19 kids to get married. Her older brother Josh Duggar, 26, the eldest child, and his wife Anna wed in 2008 and have three children.

Jessa's fiancé also comes from a big family—Seewald is the oldest among seven siblings.

Jim Bob was Seewald's age when he married Michelle, who was 17.

"It's been the best 30 years of my life, being married to you," she tells him in the video.

"I can't wait for the next 30 years," he says, as the two share a tender kiss.
