UPDATE: Knight pleaded not guilty to robbery and was ordered into custody in lieu of $500,000 bail. He's due back in court Dec. 24, the same day Williams is due to be arraigned.

Double trouble!

Marion "Suge" Knight and Katt Williams have both been charged with felony robbery after allegedly stealing a female photographer's camera outside a studio in Beverly Hills last month, the L.A. County District Attorney's Office announced Wednesday.

The Death Row Records co-founder and his comedian pal were both arrested today and prosecutors were planning to ask that bail be set at $1 million for Knight, who has spent time in prison before, and $75,000 for Williams.

Per the D.A.'s Office, the alleged incident occurred Sept. 5. Williams was arrested today when he showed up to court in Inglewood, Calif., today to be arraigned in a separate assault case, and Knight—who's been recovering from being shot multiple times at Chris Brown's MTV VMAs party in August—was taken into custody in Las Vegas.

"Mr. Knight was unaware that there was any warrant. We will be addressing the circumstances in court," his attorney, Richard Schonfeld, told NBC News. There's been no response yet from Williams' camp.

The My Wife and Kids star faces up to seven years behind bars if convicted of the offense, but Knight stands to be locked up for 30 years to life in state prison due to his prior conviction for assault with a deadly weapon, according to prosecutors.

While each has had his own share of run-ins with the law over the years, this isn't the first time that Williams and Knight got into trouble at the same time.

In December 2012, they were hanging out together when both were detained and cited for various parking violations.

Knight served four years of a nine-year sentence after violating his probation in an assault case. He was released in 2001 and thrown back in jail in 2003 for parole violation after he assaulted a parking lot attendant.

In 2009, the rap mogul copped to misdemeanor battery and more serious charges were dropped stemming from a 2008 arrest for alleged drug possession and aggravated assault.
