On this Sunday's episode of Botched, plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow completes a breast reconstruction on self-proclaimed "world's first supermodel" Janice Dickinson and things get very intense!
Going into surgery, they both are aware that her breasts are unusually lumpy. Dr. Dubrow decides they will need to do a biopsy, while Janice makes light of the situation by referring to the lumps as "edamame."
Dr. Dubrow explains, "Once I got inside, I could feel those masses better. And they were quite large and they needed to come out." He goes on to say, "There could be a number of things in here, including breast cancer."
