Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy won't be seeing each other on The View for much longer, but they're already making time for each other in their personal lives.

"Mr @DonnieWahlberg always takes care of his ladies @jennyannmccarthy & me! To be continued... ;O)" Shepherd captioned an Instagram pic of herself with McCarthy and Jenny's fiance, Donnie Wahlberg, apparently taken just moments ago in the wake of news that both ladies will be leaving the morning show.

Shepherd was a cohost for seven years, while McCarthy joined the hot-topic squad last September.

News that Shepherd was leaving, trailed closely by the rumor that McCarthy was out too, broke this afternoon. McCarthy tweeted, "If Sherri goes... I go too. #sisters," followed by, "My View will be changing too. As will with many hard working folks. Thanks to everyone at the show for your dedication and an amazing year."

During their post-View selfie fest, McCarthy also tweeted a pic, writing, "These are my Avengers and we will be back!"

We've heard that they were in negotiations and producers just couldn't arrive at a mutually agreeable deal with Shepherd. They decided to go in another direction when it came to McCarthy, who was brought on last year as a replacement for Elisabeth Hasselbeck.

A source told E! News that the ultimate decision to cut ties came as a surprise to both.

ABC has confirmed that each is leaving, but no other official details have been forthcoming. Whoopi Goldberg is now currently the only full-time cohost on the show.

Shepherd initially said in a statement, "It's been seven wonderful years on The View and after careful consideration it is time for me to move on. I am extremely grateful to Barbara Walters and Bill Geddie for giving me the opportunity. I look forward to the business opportunities that lay ahead for me and I am incredibly grateful to my View family and my fans for supporting me on this journey."

She has since tweeted, "The number 7 is God's number of completion & after 7 seasons my time at The View is now complete! So grateful2 every1 4their love & support. Incredibly grateful to my second mom @BarbaraJWalters for pushing me beyond my comfort zone - it's been amazing doing it scared! #joy...Life should be lived. Run towards the things that scare you. Choose joy and trust God - everything else will work out as it should."

Meanwhile, Friday's show—featuring the return of The View cocreator and executive producer Barbara Walters as a guest, her first appearance since retiring from the show in May—was pre-taped.

The View is on hiatus next week and, as of now, McCarthy and Shepherd are expected to resume taping on July 7 and continue to appear on the remainder of this season.
