It's an important day for soccer—yes, soccer, because that's how we say it over here.

The stars were tuning in for today's 2014 FIFA World Cup USA vs. Germany game, and from Twitter to Facebook to Instagram, it seems they were all pulling for the red, white and blue! (Germany just won 1-0, but Team USA is still advancing!)

Some celebs, like Josh Duhamel his adorable 10-month-old son Axl, were also wearing their American colors in support of the United States men's team! (BTW, how cute is it that Fergie's boys are dressed alike?!)

Jessica Biel got into the game, too! Justin Timberlake's wife posted a picture of herself on WhoSay that showed her, American flag in her teeth, proudly wearing a patriotic cap!

She shared another WhoSay image showing the delicious treat she's indulging in if Team USA beats Germany.  "If we win, I'm eating this whole plate," she wrote, "Including the flag." (Sorry, girl. Eat it anyway!)

U.S. men's team coach Jürgen Klinsmann tweeted a permission slip of sorts for everyone to miss work to watch the game. Ashton Kutcher took advantage of this, filling in his name and posting it to Facebook!

Sophia Bush did the same, tweeting her signed version of the note along with some patriotic emojis.

Ryan Seacrest didn't skip out on work to watch the game—he multitasked! The KIIS FM radio host Instagrammed an on-the-job snap showing him and co-host Ellen K cheering on team USA!

As for Arianna Huffington from the Huffington Post? She was watching the game from work, but in order to keep all her employees happy, she tried to downplay her team preference.

VIDEO: Will Ferrell supports team USA, threatens to bite German players!

The U.S. Men's soccer team drew on superfan Will Ferrell for mid-game Facebook pep talk! Unfortunately, it didn't work its magic this game, but we've got another coming up!

And obviously, President of United States Barack Obama made sure to tweet some social love to team USA!
