While Pippa Middleton may have one of the world's most famous faces (and backsides, to boot), the 30-year-old beauty has never participated in a television interview—until now.

Kate Middleton's sister sat down with Today's Matt Lauer on Wednesday for a two-part world exclusive which will air next week and opened up about her relationship with her royal sibling as well as her impression of the United States following her 3,000 mile bike race across America for charity.

As for whether her relationship with her sibling has changed since Kate wed Prince William in 2011 and later gave birth to the adorable Prince George nearly one year ago?

"Not particularly, no," the brunette party planner replied. "I mean, obviously she has pressures that she's taken on and things. But we spend a lot of time together.  We still do a lot together as a family.  And I think that's really the heart for all of us is having a really close family that we can sort of be normal with each other, treat each other normally.  And that's sort of kept us all, you know, affixed to the ground."

Indeed, Kate's down-to-earth nature has earned the 32-year-old royal a loyal legion of fans, and it seems that her public persona extends into her private life.

"So you can call any night and say, 'Hey, Kate, it's Pippa. Let's just do girl talk like we used to'?" Matt inquired, to which Pippa provided a positive reponse.

"Yeah. Yeah, we do we have a very normal, sisterly relationship," she revealed. "We're very close. And, you know, we support each other and get each other's opinions and things."

During the interview, Lauer couldn't but joke that he had to fly 3,000 miles to London to speak with Pippa, considering she recently returned from the United States after participating in the 3,000-mile, 12-state Race Across America charity bicycle challenge, riding from the East Coast to the West Coast with her brother, James Middleton.

"Through the trip it was just amazing to go through so many different states and just see the diversity of the landscape, the countryside—it's huge," she said when asked to share her impression of the U.S. "I love it—It's very friendly, very welcoming. And we felt that the entire way.  And the scenery was incredible.  And I think that what lifted our spirits when it really hurt, sort of grinding on the bike, was to see everything around us. From the mountains, the desert—through the flat plains of Kansas."

Can't wait to have you back, Pippa. Next time, just bring your sister and your nephew!
