Kim Kardashian

Kim Kardashian had quite the aquatic adventure!

The E! star took to Instagram Tuesday to share a new photo and video of her swimming with a dolphin—details to come, we hope!

If Kim was in fact doing that today, then she has apparently gotten all of her energy back after the massive bash she and hubby Kanye West threw Saturday for daughter North West's first birthday—a fiesta so jam-packed with activities that a pool full of friendly marine mammals may have been the only attraction missing.

"Very nice, well done! Good job!" a male voice (perhaps the resident trainer) is heard applauding Kim, who was all smiles as she took her turn around the pool, hanging onto the dolphin's fin.

The brunette beauty, sporting a blue life jacket, also planted a nice-to-meet-you kiss on the lucky cetacean's nose.

Kim joins a growing list of celebs who have partaken of the popular pastime—usually enjoyed on vacation, but why not try it if there's access closer to home?!—of swimming with dolphins.

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne took the plunge in Florida, The Wanted went for it in the Bahamas, Megan Fox was super-excited to do so when she and Brian Austin Green renewed their vows in Hawaii.

To name a few.

On Saturday, friends and family gathered at Kourtney Kardashian's Calabasas home for North's "Kidchella" birthday party, which featured a karaoke stage, a Ferris wheel, face-painting and hair-braiding stations and a beautiful tie-dye-frosted cake dotted with daisies.

Who needs to get away when there's so much fun to be had right in the backyard?!
