Mama knows best!

Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Atlanta had an unexpected scene-stealer in the form of Kandi Burruss' formidable matriarch, Mama Joyce. Convinced she was only acting in her daughter's best interest, Mama rained hellfire on Kandi's relationship with fiancé Todd Tucker, a man she repeatedly accused of being nothing more than a (say it with us, America!) "opportunist." Time and again, she voiced her opposition to union, even threatening to wear black on Kandi and Todd's big day.

Pretty bad, huh? As it turns out, we ain't seen nothing yet. In an exclusive chat with E! News, Mama dished to us about Kandi's Wedding, the new Bravo spinoff centered around the couple's I-dos. First question on our list: how could Mama possibly top herself at this point?

"Well," she told us, "In the new show, I'm a little more vocal."

Say whaaa now?

"It's just me expressing my opinion," she continued.

And it's not just Todd on the receiving end this time; it's Todd's mother and Kandi's best friend and wedding planner Carmon Cambrice, who Mama still believes may have snuck around with Todd behind Kandi's back. In the past, "I heard there was tongue-kissing," Mama said. "But whether there was anything going on or not, Carmon needs to get out of [Kandi and Todd's] relationship. Her being around is a problem."

Another problem as far as she's concerned? Her own ex. Kandi's father shows up to play a role in the wedding and, as you can expect, Mama is not amused.

Still, Kandi and Todd are now married, so something must have gone right? Yes, Mama admitted, but not without some major drama. "At the end of the day, it may look like I'm being mean, but I love my daughter," Mama Joyce said. "It's always been about me looking after my child."

And one thing is certain, she assured us: "You will be entertained."

No doubt, Mama. No doubt.

Catch the premiere of The Real Housewives of Atlanta: Kandi's Wedding Sunday, June 1 at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
