The Victoria's Secret Angel opened up to E!'s Alicia Quarles while at a workout class in NYC supporting St. Luke's Haiti foundation. The 32-year-old dished on what makes her kick in the gym—literally (hint: after this class, she'll be able to knock you out with more than just her looks). She also revealed her gym-of-choice for ten plus years, plus the personal trainer we can thank for all her sizzling model moments.

The now-single mother of two split from basketball player Marko Jaric after five years of marriage earlier this month. She hasn't let heartbreak slow her down though—Lima hit up Cannes last week looking ah-mazing, reportedly had a romantic rendezvous with Justin Bieber while in the French city and is currently back at work in NYC.
