Real-life heroes are everywhere, so thank the stars for surveillance cameras so we can witness their amazing feats in action.
CCTV footage has emerged of a man in China miraculously catching a baby who fell out of the window of a second-floor apartment during a recent thunderstorm. The hero, identified as Mr. Li, spotted the child on the ledge from the street below, and he thinks the 1-year-old baby was looking for its mother.
"Some people put down cardboard to avoid serious injuries to the baby if I fail to catch him," Mr. Li told local news. "I didn't think too much at the time. I was just afraid of failing to catch him. It was nothing but human instinct to do so."
