The bubbly blonde rocked a black pencil skirt to highlight her enviable frame and paired it with a T-shirt to give the look a rock 'n' roll vibe.
Hudson also added a few pops of color to punch up the black-and-white outfit: a pair of bright blue Ray Ban aviator sunglasses and an adorable pair of yellow pumps.
But it was one accessory in particular that caught our eye: her gorgeous engagement ring!
The actress hasn't shied from wearing the sparkler despite putting her wedding plans on hold for the summer.
In fact, she recently opened up to E! News about how she and fiancé Matt Bellamy haven't found the time to start thinking about their big day with their busy schedules.
"We got a busy summer," Hudson, who has been engaged to the Muse rocker for about three years, explained to us.
"We're really looking forward to it. I'm shooting a movie, and so, you know, we're doing a bunch this summer."
And earlier this year, during an appearance on Live! With Kelly and Michael, the bride-to-be explained why she's in no rush to marry her longtime beau.
"I'm planning nothing right now. I'm so busy, we've been so busy, and it's been great. I come from an unconventional family—they're not married, my parents aren't married."
She continued, "There's a part of me that goes, if I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it right. I'm going to take the time to really plan it right, and it's a lot. Planning a wedding is a lot!"
