Nothing like some good old-fashioned sibling ribaldry.

At the NBCU Cable Upfronts presentation today in New York, Khloe Kardashian revealed to E! News' Giuliana Rancic and Ross Mathews how she looks out for big sister Kim Kardashian when the two are getting all glammed up to go to an event.

"I said, 'we have to do vagina checks," Khloé said, explaining that it's just what you have to do when you're wearing a skirt with a slit, as Kim was.

And Kim's form-fitting black dress didn't just show a lot of leg—the plunging V-neck left plenty of cleavage exposed as well. Khloé covered up a bit more with a nude camisole under her black wrap dress with a bias-cut skirt that also put her at risk for…you know, what she said.

But it turned out that neither sister had anything to worry about.

"I said,  'No, Kim, your vag is tucked away perfectly,'" Khloé recalled.

"Welcome, advertisers," Giuliana cracked as Ross cracked up.

As if that introduction didn't imply as much already, Kim promised that the upcoming slate of new Keeping Up With the Kardashians episodes are "going to be a little crazy."

"I thnk there's going to be something that not even you guys can expect," Kanye West's bride-to-be said. "There's something really exciting and it airs June 8, so you'll see that."

"It's like a telenovela!" Khloé agreed. "I feel every episode is so dramatic...Wham-bam, everything happens."
