The fast food breakfast wars continue!

Burger King is taking one tiny step for breakfast, one giant leap for mankind by putting something on their a.m. menu that is truly revolutionary. More revolutionary than a waffle taco, you ask? Kind of.

Burger King is now offering…wait for it…burgers for breakfast. No longer will you be judged for ordering a socially unaccepted form of breakfast! You can confidently walk into Burger King and get that item of food you truly crave before 8 a.m.

Take that, society!

The BK lounge (you're welcome for that decade-old Dane Cook joke) has added Whoppers and the Big King to their morning menu. Is that too early for beef, in your opinion? No problem. You can also buy the Original Chicken Sandwich for breakfast.

Is this a truly original move by Burger King? Or a desperate and lazy attempt to compete with the likes of other fast food breakfast options?

These fast food breakfast wars are getting fierce, y'all. Taco Bell is serving cinnamon balls, McDonald's did that free coffee thing, and now this. What's next? Probably Panda Express offering breakfast fried rice, which technically has egg in it so it counts.

In related news, did you know that Panda Express has a new dish that's basically their orange chicken with bacon? Let's talk about that, too.

Fast food, don't you ever go changing.
