Pretty Little Liars star Keegan Allen wasn't planning on taking a selfie in bed with James Franco when he visited the 127 Hours actor backstage at his Broadway show, Of Mice and Men.
In a photo posted on Tuesday on Twitter, the two men are shirtless and laying under a blanket together.
"I went to go say hey to him in his dressing room," Allen told me at the Race to Erase MS benefit for the Nancy Davis Foundation for Multiple Sclerosis. "There were a lot of people there and I asked him, 'What's the way to do the best selfie in bed?' and he showed me. And then he climbed in really quickly and he was like, ‘Let's blow up Twitter for a second.'"
Allen and Franco co-star in the Palo Alto, the new Gia Coppola-film based on the Oscar nominee's collection of short stories of the same name.
Franco also directed Allen in the upcoming Bukowski and The Sound and the Fury.
"He is a trip," Allen said. "He's a real trip. He's great work with, an incredible director and a really fun guy to hang out with."
Two days after the Keegan bed romp, Franco shared another shot of himself, only this time it was a solo selfie in which he was naked except for a pair white boxer briefs that he was pulling down to the point of almost exposing himself. His chest appeared sweaty and his facial expression was anything but happy. The caption read, "JUMP ROPE."
He deleted the photo shortly after posting it on Instagram.
