In Tuesday's all-new episode of Teen Mom 2, Leah Messer receives devastating news from her daughter Aliannah's doctor: she will need a wheelchair.

We have an exclusive clip from the MTV reality hit 's emotional hour n which Dr. Tsao, a nueromuscular specialist, explains to Leah and Ali's father, Corey Simms, that the four-year-old has congenital muscular dystrophy, a very rare and incurable disease. And while Ali is able to walk right now, Dr. Tsao says, "She will need a power wheelchair when she goes to school."

Leah, who is married Jeremy Calvert, recently opened up about Ali's condition in an interview with InTouch, saying, "We were scared because we didn't know what her future was going to look like, but we always pushed for answers. We never gave up, and we never will. We'll do everything we can to make sure Ali has the life that she needs."
