A vacation fit for royalty!

E! News has learned that Kate Middleton and Prince George have spent the week vacationing in Mustique. The mother and son duo joined the Middletons on their annual family trip in honor of Carole Middleton's birthday.

While there's no word yet on how the group celebrated the special occasion, there undoubtedly was plenty of rest and relaxation.

This isn't the first time that Kate has visited there, however, it does mark baby George's first trip outside of the U.K. Aww!

But it looks like it was strictly a Middleton family gathering, as Prince William stayed home in England to focus on his studies.

The Duke enrolled in the University of Cambridge to complete a 10-week course in agricultural management organized by the Cambridge Programme for Sustainability Leadership. The executive education program of seminars, lectures and meetings "will draw on the strengths of academics across the university," according to a palace press release.

Prince William began the intensive program earlier this month and will complete the coursework in the middle of March.

The classes have been designed help Wills have "an understanding of contemporary issues affecting agricultural business and rural communities in the United Kingdom." Sounds like a good plan to us!

His royal highness's schedule is so jam-packed that we already know Kate will be solo for most of Valentine's Day! The Palace announced that the Duchess of Cambridge will spend the romantic holiday at the opening of the ICAP Art Room at Northolt High School in Ealing, London.

The 32-year-old has been a royal patron of The Art Room since January 2012, reflecting her passion for the arts and her particular interest in topics dealing with enriching the lives of young adults and children.
