Somebody get these guys a razor!

We couldn't help but notice the, ah, hairy situation happening at the 2014 Golden Globes red carpet last night.

Everywhere we looked we saw men sporting scruffy beads and mussed up, scraggly hair. Clearly the whole "mountain man" look is in this year.

And yes, some of the men were dapper and clean shaven, like Leonardo DiCaprio and Bradley Cooper. But others went au naturel, showing off more than just a 5 o'lock shadow.

Jared Leto paired his grizzled beard with what we'd call a "messy man bun." He wore his long locks the same way we do when we go to yoga class!

But Jared looked practically clean-shaven next to musician Alex Ebert who won for best score in All is Lost. His crazy mop of hair looked more like a perfect home for a bird than a red carpet hairstyle.

And the scruff didn't stop there. 12 Years a Slave star Chiwetel Ejiofor sported a full beard, and so did fellow 12 Years star Michael Fassbender.

Although, if you thought Michael's facial hair was too overgrown, don't blame him! "I can't really do much to it because it's for a part," he said Saturday at the BAFTA Awards Season Tea Party. "I gotta make sure it's still raggedy looking."
