Seth Peterson's wife, Kylee Cochran-Peterson, filed for divorce last month after 12 years and four months of marriage—and the irreconcilable differences sound plentiful.
Kylee, 38, is seven months' pregnant with their third child, according to court documents obtained today by E! News, and she charges in her filing that her 43-year-old actor husband "left the marriage" on Sept. 20 and is now living with a 22-year-old woman.
She is asking for full legal and physical custody of all three kids and, citing a "history of drug use and multiple vehicle accidents" on Peterson's end, she requests that the court help them work out a supervised visitation schedule that does not include overnight visits or her ex driving the kids around.
A rep for Peterson, who's best known for his role as Nate Weston on Burn Notice, had no comment when contacted about the divorce filing.
Kylee, who is representing herself, states that she will provide all of the transportation back and forth when the kids see their father.
In requesting spousal and child support from Peterson, Kylee further states that she was last employed as a photographer in 2004, but gave that up to be a full-time wife and mom. She's interested in resuming her career, she adds—and photography equipment costs thousands of dollars, which she is expecting her ex to pay for.
Kylee estimates that, if she hadn't given up work outside the home for the last 8 1/2 years, she would now be raking in around $50,000 a year.
Incidentally, she's also asking that her name be restored to just Kylee Cochran.
She and Peterson tied the knot on May 20, 2001, and in addition to the one on the way are parents to 8-year-old daughter Fenix Isabella and 5-year-old son Lennon Henry.
