Justin Bieber's Dad Has Surgery, Singer Jets to Canada to Be With Him

"My boy flew all the way home to be with me," Jeremy Bieber tweeted Tuesday

The family that gets tattooed together, stays together.

Justin Bieber jetted to his father's side this week in Canada to be with him while he underwent surgery, apparently on his knee.

"My boy @justinbieber flew all the way home to be with me for my surgery. What an incredible boy. #love," Jeremy Bieber tweeted yesterday.

"@JeremyBieber of course. #love#family," Justin tweeted back to his dad.

Jeremy still lives in Stratford, Ontario—where his 19-year-old superstar son grew up—with his wife and Bieber's half-brother, Jaxon, and half-sister, Jazmyn.

"Layed up while the boyz out 4wheelin :(" he tweeted after the procedure, adding, "Ouch :(" earlier today.

The Biebers have done a fair amount of globe-trotting together, getting matching tattoos in Israel and making a family vacation out of Justin's stop in Spain during that particularly eventful European leg of his Believe Tour earlier this year.

Papa Bieber also gifted his son with a customized "bat bike" motorcycle for his 19th birthday in March, saying in his video card, "That's what you get when you're 19 and you're Justin Bieber."

And when you're Bieber's dad and you're laid up for a bit, you get a whole lotta #love.
