Guess who got a shout-out from Jay-Z? That'd be me, says Miley Cyrus.

During Hova's spontaneous and extra entertaining Twitter Q&A today, the rapper was asked about his track "Somewhere in America," where he pokes fun at Cyrus for her recent obsession with twerking at every opportunity.

"You really think Miley Cyrus still twerking somewhere in America?" a fan asked, to which Jay responded, "yes! she represents an old worlds worst nightmare," and added "Black neighbor, and the daughter not seeing color," giving props to Cyrus' latest dance craze and more risqué style than some of her fans are used to.

That prompted Cyrus to give her two cents on the matter, blasting those who were throwing shade at the star for loving to shake what her mama gave her from time to time (or all the time).

"Call it what you want. But I don't see Mr. Carter shoutin any of you bitches out. #twerkmileytwerk," Miley tweeted (which also got a retweet from Hov).

"Exactly right. I am an old worlds worst nightmare. #outwiththeold #inwiththenewnew," she continued.

In Jay-Z's track (featured on his new album Magna Carta Holy Grail), he rhymes, "When I was talking Instagram, Last thing you wanted was your picture snapped/Feds still lurking, They see I'm still putting work in/Cause somewhere in America, Miley Cyrus is still twerkin', HA!"

Cyrus first showed the world her booty-popping skills when she posted a video of herself gettin' down to "Wop" by J. Dash while wearing a hooded unicorn onesie. We think it's safe to say that many were very surprised at what Miley could do, and that was definitely not the last time we saw her skills.

Since the viral video, Miley began twerking every chance she got (the Juicy J concert and Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM show, to name a few) and even began building a list of celeb clientele who wish to learn her ways.

"You can't really explain [twerking]," Miley told Seacrest during an interview. "It's something that comes naturally…It's a lot of booty action."

"I've been practicing probably for the past two years, in my own time in my living room," she added.

"I can't believe how many people think I'm good at twerking—which is dope—like my life goal has been accomplished," she quipped. "I thought it was so weird, but I'm glad that everyone understands my humor."

Hey Miley, we've been practicing, too, in case you need an addition to your twerk team (just sayin').
