Days of Our Lives' Dylan Michael Patton Charged With Selling Cocaine

Onetime soap star is in a heap of trouble after he's allegedly busted dealing the drug near an elementary school

Dylan Michael Patton is facing some tough days ahead.

The former Days of Our Lives star was charged on Thursday with allegedly selling cocaine out of his home in Agoura Hills, Calif.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office confirms to E! News that Patton, 20, faces one count of possession for sale of a controlled substance, cocaine, after the complaint alleges he attempted to sell the drug within 1,000 feet of Sumac Elementary School.

The thesp was arrested on Tuesday by sheriff's deputies who served a search warrant on his family's residence, from which they supposedly seized the stash of cocaine.

The Texas-born Patton, who was nominated for a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Young Actor back in 2010, is set to be arraigned later this afternoon and prosecutors are asking a judge to set bail at $30,000.

If convicted, the erstwhile soap actor faces up to nine years in state prison.
