Justin Timberlake is gearing up for an encore.
After confirming speculation in March that he was working on a sequel to his massive hit album The 20/20 Experience, the crooner has now announced that his follow-up will be released on Sept. 30.
And in typical JT style, the 32-year-old popster revealed the news in chicly nondescript fashion.
Timberlake took to Instagram Sunday, posting a photo showing him playing a guitar in a recording studio. In the foreground is a handwritten sign with the message "The 20/20 Experience (2 of 2) Sept. 30th."
Timberlake, who just scored rave reviews for his intimate show at New York's Roseland Ballroom on Sunday, also included the caption "#2020Experience2of2 #TheTNKids."
The follow-up album isn't the only thing Jessica Biel's hubby is ramping up for: Timberlake also announced on his website that he'll be embarking on a world tour this fall. The North American leg will kick off on Oct. 31 in Montreal before winding its way through 21 other cities.
The first installment of The 20/20 Experience marked an all-time career high for Timberlake, selling a staggering 968,000 copies its first week and becoming the fastest-selling album worldwide in iTunes history.
Looks like Timberlake's 20/20 vision is serving him quite well these days.
