"Dr. Jennifer Arnold and Bill Klein from TLC's The Little Couple are thrilled to announce they have adopted a boy, William, from China," TLC said in a statement on Tuesday.
According to People, their son is 3 years old and also has a form of dwarfism.
Arnold and Klein were seen looking into possibly adopting on their show last year.
"Fans of the series will go on the adoption journey with Bill and Jen in the upcoming season, which premieres Tuesday, April 30 at 10 p.m.," the TLC statement added.
