Looks like Felicity Shagwell and Foxxy Cleopatra have some competition. At least in the style department.

Elle Fanning arrived at the Santa Barbara Film Festival premiere for her new movie Ginger & Rosa in this straight-from-the-‘70s frock. The white-on-white coloring and belted waist may have a sophisticated secret agent feel but those matching lace-up go-go boots are not groovy, baby.
