We blame designers' insistence on catering to super-skinny models, who have no boobs, and then trying to pass off their looks on real people. In this case, our offender is the label Christopher Kane, who, as Brit-Brit appears to realize, is trying to squeeze the pop star into a dress clearly intended for some 15-year-old Skeletor.
