Katie Holmes sought little financially for Tom Cruise in their quickie divorce thanks to a prenup—and little is what she'll get, by celebrity standards anyway.

As part of their divorce deal, the 33-year-old Jack and Jill star will receive $400,000 annually from her Top Gun hubby, according to TMZ, which averages out to about $33,333 a month. While that's a whopping amount for most people, it's pretty paltry given the estimated $250 million Cruise has in the bank thanks to his blockbuster career.

Since the couple had a prenuptial agreement in place when they got hitched, Katie herself isn't entitled to a cent, but Tom has agreed to fork over the $400,000 a year as child support for the next 12 years until 6-year-old daughter Suri turns 18. That money will likely cover the costs of such things as her schooling, medical and dental treatments, college education and other expenses.

All told, Cruise will pony up $4.8 million over that time; however, Holmes will not receive any spousal support.

The couple formerly known as TomKat called it quits after Holmes filed for divorce on June 28. After a superspeedy settlement, they were formally granted a divorce by a New York judge on Monday, putting an end to their six-year marriage.

Attorneys for Cruise and Holmes were unavailable for comment on this latest report.

While they may have gone their separate ways, Tom remains focused on his family. Last night, Cruise was spotted leaving the Chinawhite nightclub in London where he took in 17-year-old son Connor's live DJ set with his nieces and nephews.

In related news, the Hollywood star's legal team issued a statement to Us Weekly smacking down a Village Voice report that Cruise's 19-year-old daughter, Isabella, was thinking about joining Scientology's elite Sea Org, a high-ranking unit comprising the church's most dedicated members, after her live-in beau Eddie Frencher allegedly joined the group. But according to Cruise's attorney, Aaron Moss, nothing could be further from the truth.

"Isabella is not a public figure, and deserves privacy. However, she is not joining the church's religious order," Moss told the magazine. "She is currently in Europe with her father who is in preproduction on All You Need Is Kill."
