Ellen Page Death Threats Under Investigation

Actress receives troubling messages via Twitter

To Rome With Love star Ellen Page has been getting anything but love by some folks.

The Oscar-nominated actress recently received two death threats via Twitter.

"I'm going to murder Ellen Page. She's dead," read one of the tweets, according to a search warrant affidavit obtained by the Los Angeles Times.

What's more, a phone message threatening to kill Page was also received by organizers of the L.A. Film Festival when To Rome With Love premiered during the festival in June.

This is an ongoing investigation that started in June 2012, the LAPD confirms to E! News. Police, though, would not comment on the exact wording of the texts or phone message, adding that there would be no further comment about the case at this time.
