ABC/KELSEY McNEALE!'s very own Ryan Seacrest just spoke with Kim Kardashian, and she may be returning to Dancing with the Stars!
In the wake of Misty May-Trainor's injury, Kim told Ryan that following boyfriend Reggie Bush's game tonight at the Superdome, she is "racing home" to meet her dance partner and head into a rehearsal.
Now, ABC says that "[Mindy's] condition will be addressed on the show," and Kim is not officially confirming that she is back in if Misty is out, but...

Chris March, the most recent eliminee, returned to fill the empty slot. Remember when Jessica King dropped out of So You Think You Can Dance this summer because of an injury? Most recent eliminee Comfort Fedoke stepped in to fill the empty slot.
Methinks it's pretty certain that Kim is putting back on her dancin' shoes.
